Kurt Schwenk

Kurt Schwenk is an evolutionary biologist and professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at the University of Connecticut. He has a bachelor’s in biology from Oberlin College and a doctorate in zoology from the University of California, Berkeley. He has served as a scientific consultant for television and published more than 40 scientific papers, as well as several popular essays in Science Magazine, Natural History Magazine and the New York Times Book Review, Schwenk resides in Storrs, Conn.
